ABSTRACT

The primary objective of this presentation was: to identify the importance of the role of the Registered Nurse within a multidisciplinary cardiac rehabilitation team.
Also, to describe the continuum of care in cardiac rehabilitation and to define the core components of a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program.
